What counts as a request?
Each successful POST to /v1/medications/infer. Failed auth, rate-limit rejects, and validation errors don't count against your cap.
What happens when I hit the cap?
We return HTTP 429 with a machine-readable error. Usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). No surprise overages.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing period.
Do you support BAA / HIPAA?
Available on Enterprise. Reach out — we're happy to discuss the compliance posture (MedListIQ is stateless and never persists PHI).
Does the price include everything?
Yes. All verbosity levels, all output formats, the full provenance trail, and the playground. Higher tiers differ only on monthly cap and rate limit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly only today — we'll add annual pricing once we have a signal it matters. Enterprise is invoice-billed on a custom schedule.
